Refund & Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.
Order Cancellations (Before Shipping)
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at rocousa@mmmhs.com.
If an order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return procedure once delivered.
Returns for Customer Remorse
If you ordered the wrong item or changed your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Restocking Fees
Returned items must be received in the same condition as originally shipped, including original packaging, manuals, and all included parts.
If an item is returned with opened packaging, missing parts, signs of use, or damaged packaging, a restocking fee of up to 30% may be applied to cover inspection, repackaging, and handling costs.
The restocking fee, if applicable, will be determined after inspection of the returned item.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
If the issue is confirmed to be due to damage in transit, a defective product, or an error on our part, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Opened or used products
- Special orders or custom items
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
Clearance and Final Sale Items
Items sold as Clearance, Final Sale, or with significant promotional discounts may not be eligible for return or refund.
These items are offered at reduced prices to clear inventory and are therefore considered final sale.
If a clearance or final sale item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original item once approved and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Non-Refundable Charges
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
