Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Continental USA, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico)

Carriers

We ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS Priority Mail at our discretion. You may request FedEx 2-Day Air or Next Day Air service for an additional charge.

Signature Required

Signature is required on all shipments. Due to losses caused by parcels being left unattended, signature confirmation helps protect your shipment and supports carrier insurance claims.

  • USPS: May hold parcels at your local Post Office for up to 30 days if no one is available to sign
  • FedEx: Will generally make up to 3 delivery attempts before returning the parcel
  • Additional shipping fees may apply if a parcel is returned to us

If you request No Signature, you accept responsibility for any loss that occurs after delivery without signature confirmation.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges shown at checkout are generally calculated estimates
  • Final charges may be adjusted when necessary based on actual package weight, dimensions, carrier requirements, or special delivery requests
  • Small items that fit in USPS Small Boxes may ship via Priority Mail at cost plus insurance
  • Bulky boxes may be charged by dimensional weight, not actual weight
  • Minimum package weight: 1 lb (even for lighter items)

Dimensional Weight Formula

Length × Width × Height ÷ 139 = Chargeable Weight (in lbs). If actual weight is higher than dimensional weight, the shipment will be charged by actual weight.

International Shipping

Canada is considered an international destination.

Minimum Order

International orders require a minimum of $50.00 in products.

How It Works

You may receive two charges for international shipments:

  1. Cost of goods plus any applicable handling or export documentation fees
  2. Actual postage or carrier shipping cost, charged after shipment is prepared

Carriers & Methods

  • We typically ship via USPS International (insured), or another carrier when appropriate
  • Maximum box size is generally 79 inches girth (some countries may allow up to 108 inches)
  • Items 46 inches or longer may not be eligible for Postal Service shipment

Important Notes

  • All merchandise is declared at full invoice value
  • We ship FOB Miami; shipping fees do not include taxes, VAT, duties, customs charges, or brokerage fees
  • Carrier delivery times are estimates only; customs clearance may cause additional delays
  • Some countries may require the recipient to pick up the parcel locally and pay duties or taxes before release

Duties, Taxes & VAT

You are responsible for any import-related charges in your country, including:

  • Import duties
  • VAT (Value Added Tax)
  • Customs fees
  • Brokerage fees

Please contact your country’s customs authority before ordering if you would like to understand possible charges in advance.

Insurance

We ship insured orders for protection in transit.

  • Orders over $100 are typically insured
  • UPS/FedEx: Initial carrier coverage may be included; additional coverage is added when needed
  • USPS: Insurance is charged at postal rates when applicable

If you decline insurance when offered, you accept responsibility for any uninsured loss or damage in transit.

We recommend insurance for peace of mind.

Damaged Shipments

If Your Package Arrives Damaged

  1. Do not open the box if visible damage is present
  2. Note the damage with the delivery driver immediately, when possible
  3. Contact us right away so we can help guide the next steps

Important: Damage claims must be filed according to the carrier’s procedures. Visible shipping damage should be documented as soon as possible upon delivery. Damage to outer packaging alone, where the product itself is unaffected, may not be covered by the carrier.

USPS Shipments

For USPS deliveries, claims may need to be filed through the postal system. We will provide supporting documentation when available. Processing times for postal claims may vary.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically given to carriers on the next business day after processing
  • The shipping status date may differ from the carrier’s actual acceptance scan date

PayPal Orders

Orders paid via PayPal may have additional requirements:

  • Signature may be required regardless of order value
  • Orders may ship only to the PayPal verified address when required by PayPal seller protection rules
  • We may be unable to ship to a different address than the verified PayPal address
  • Please order only currently available items when paying with PayPal
